  Bachelors Degree in Aviation (BSc. Aviation) For Pilots

.

Eligibility:

bullet You should be medically fit.
bullet You should be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
bullet You should be at least 17 years of age to commence training and 18 years of age to qualify for Commercial Pilot License.
bullet Indian DGCA requires you be a 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Maths.
bullet All Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Holders are eligible to enroll in this program

Duration:

bullet Ab-initio: For student pilots commencing Commercial Pilot License course, this program is of 6 semesters. Semester 1 to Semester 3 can be done along with CPL training. Semester 4 to Semester 6 on completion of CPL training. In the unlikely event of any arrears in passing the exams, an additional grace period of 4 semesters (Two years) is allowed to complete the course after the sixth semester.
bullet Lateral Entry: For commercial pilot license holders, this program is only of 3 semesters. License holders can directly join the fourth semester and complete the degree. In the unlikely event of any arrears in passing the exams, an additional grace period of 3 semesters (One and a half year) is allowed to complete the course after the sixth semester.

Examinations:

bullet Examination for first and second semester papers will be conducted every 2nd Sunday of March and September.
bullet Examination for fourth to sixth semester papers will be conducted between the 3rd and 13th of January and July.

Examination fees:

bullet Fees for initial attempt of the examination for all papers are included in the course price.
bullet Re-examination due to absenteeism, failure to pass or any other reason will be charged additionally.

Contact Classes:

bullet Contact classes are usually conducted one month prior to the date of examination.
bullet Dates of contact classes will be communicated to enrolled students.
